The caricature is sarcastic about the Islamists salafists in Egypt. The ‘lady’ is saying that she wants to be a salafist, and list the ‘benefits’ in pure Egyptian slang! You can see from her look, that it’s less likely she wants to be covered!
This caricature is published here in solidarity with Moustafa Hussein & Ahmad Ragab for the publishing it in their newspaper. They are facing a campaign by Islamists in Egypt, who have taken them to court in reference to it.
Civil and human rights activities are worried that this case could lead to tightening free speech in Egypt. I think the ‘lady’ is worth being a cover girl on this blog
